They were super easy, and so cute! Here's how you make them:What you'll need- parchment paper, ziploc bag, a 2 inch heart shaped cookie cutter (or you could use cardstock to cut out a heart shape to trace), milk chocolate, and a washable marker.

Trace the inside of the cookie cutter onto the parchment paper.
Repeat, making 30 hearts that are well spaced.
Turn the parchment paper over and onto a cookie sheet. (You should still be able to see the heart shapes you traced through the parchment paper. If not, you'll need a darker marker.)
Melt your chocolate using a chocolate melter, or placing the chocolate in a heat proof bowl, and setting it over a pan of boiling water.
Let the chocolate cool slightly, and transfer to a ziploc bag. Cut the tip of one corner of the ziploc, making a very small hole.
Trace the outline of the hearts, making the lines about 1/4 inch thick so that they won't break when you pull them off the parchment paper.
Make squiggly lines inside the hearts, making sure they they are connected to the outside lines of chocolate that you've traced.
They should look like this!
Repeat with all thirty heart shapes, and then transfer the cookie sheet into the freezer, freezing for about 15 minutes. When they are hard, bend the parchment very carefully next to the chocolate hearts, and they should pop right off. Or you can use a metal spatula.
Place the chocolate hearts into the frosting of your cupcakes, and you have the cutest Valentine's Cupcakes ever!!
