In the works...

A couple weeks ago I mentioned that I haven't been able to get many projects done because I was working on a something big. Well, I can finally share now: No, I haven't been working on fattening myself up during the holidays. That would be the beginning of a baby bump. Yep! I'm 10 weeks pregnant. Which with my pregnancies, that comes including lack of motivation and energy, as well as lots of morning sickness. Which actually shouldn't be called morning sickness at all. Mine's more like All-Day-Long-All-The-Time-ALWAYS sickness! Which is why I haven't been doing many projects. I'm too busy puking. But hopefully only a few more weeks of that. But there are some projects in the works. Speaking of "the works of projects", look at what Santa brought me for Christmas!!
I can not wait to play with it!!

I hope your Christmas was Merry!! And I promise I'm still planning on posting my Christmas wreath, even though Christmas is over. Just bare with me for the next little while!! Cuz I have some fun stuff planned!! :D

Fotosynthesis Photography

We had family pictures taken a few weeks ago (our first EVER), and we gave Angie of Fotosynthesis Photography a try. LOVED HER!! She was so much fun and was great with my kids. She even got Gavin to smile on a couple shots, which is A-MAZ-ING! He doesn't smile for strangers. They usually just get a sour look...which is what he did on the rest of the shoot. But we've embraced that fact that our son gives crusties. It's just in his nature. Look at my Kadie in the picture above. She'd be a natural for a catalog shoot. ;)
So, if you live in Utah and need a photographer, I totally recommend Angie!! She does amazing work. You'll love her! Go check out her blog:

Neighbor Gifts

I'm almost finished with my neighbor gifts. I decided to do this super cute idea from Blonde Designs, {also seen on Homemade By Jill}. You can get the printable template for these on their site. I edited it so that it printed out just sheets of all Hot Chocolate labels instead of the other stuff that was on it as well. I talked my mom in to doing them as her neighbor gifts as well, so we had a fun girl night of putting them together. Time consuming, but super easy! And super cute!
I decided to do little bags of marshmellows with mine, just tied in celophane bags with some more baker's twine. Now they'll be ready to go within the next couple nights!!
And I promise I'll finish up my wreath at some point. Things have been crazy, as I'm sure it is for everyone right now, unless you're amazing and got everything done ahead of time! In that case, I'd have to be super jealous of you! Have a fabulous Monday!!

Christmas wreath in the works

I'm going to try really hard not to neglect my blog too much this month, but I have something big in the works that I can't share for a couple more weeks. It'll have to be a surprise. But I have started my Christmas wreath! Here's a little sneak peek. It's going to be all felt (aside from the wreath structure itself.) Hopefully I'll get it posted in the next couple days! So, until then...unless something exciting happens before.
