About a year ago, I got an email from someone named Christina, asking me that if there was a weight loss app or website that helped you keep track of your eating and exercise and made it into a game where you can win prizes, or treat yourself to a reward, if I'd be interested in trying it out.
Uh. YEAH!!
Especially after having my 11 lb. baby, it's been a bit harder to get back into exercise and eating healthy to shed the baby weight!
Well, after a year, Christina and her friends have finished the website and (FREE) app just for that. It's called Slim Kicker.
You earn points for exercise, eating healthy, and it automatically caluclates your calories, sugar, fat, etc. for your meals, and gives you points. You set up a reward that you want once you've reached the next level, such as something you want to buy, a girls'/guys' night, a cheat meal...whatever tempts you. (Mine right now is a new book I've been wanting)
You can also do challenges that will give you an automatic 500 points if you complete them. Some examples of the challenges are not drinking soda for a week, or not eating after 7:00 every night for a week.
You feel like you're playing a game, trying to get to the next level, and it's seriously addicting! You want to get to the next level.
So if anyone is looking to lose weight, get healthy, or just looking for an excuse to reward yourself for doing things you already do, check out their website, and give it a tour. And if you join (for free), friend me, and we can motivate each other!!
Did I mention it's free?? Well, it is.

First, spray down the inside of the microwave with windex. Next, place one or two lemon slices in a microwave safe bowl with enough water to cover them. Place the bowl in the microwave, and turn on for 2 minutes.

But it looks great in person!!
And she loves it. Which always makes the time and effort you put into it worth it! I'll definitely be making another one of these. So easy, and so stinkin' cute!!

So I make this often for him. And the best part of this is, the ingredients are things I usually have in my fridge. Don't you love those?

I found this adhesive paper at Marshall's in a 2-pack for $5.99. So I have A LOT left over.
